Lady Gaga and Anne Hathaway are two very unlikely starlets to wear similar dresses in the same week. In fact, it's safe to say the singer and actress don't have much in common, except for their style icon statuses--and recently, ladylike little white dresses.
The songstress visited with her Little Monsters at the MTV studios wearing an unexpectedly proper white lace number. With capped sleeves, a peplum waist, and a chic black bow belt, Gaga looked more blonde bombshell than avant-garde stylesetter in the Tom Ford design.
Just a few days later for the European premiere of One Day, Anne Hathaway wore an Alexander McQueen dress with the same high neckline and capped sleeves, and ladylike silhouette. Anne added tan peep-toe stilettos and a stack of bracelets, whereas the singer, in true Lady Gaga fashion, opted for layers of pearl necklaces, black hose, and a wild hat only she would wear.
